As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide personal care, community access and person-centred supports to empower clients to develop independent living skills and live the life that they want!

You will join a collaborative and supportive team, who will provide individualised training so you can best support our varied cohort of residents.

 

These are casual opportunities based in various homes across WARNAMBOOL AND PORTLAND with flexible working hours available to suit your lifestyle!

 

About You

 

Our ideal Residential Support Worker will be a strong communicator and be able to quickly develop rapport with people of varied abilities and diverse backgrounds.

 

You will meet the following requirements;

  • Certificate IV in Disability Studies or be willing to undertake whilst working (paid placement opportunities available!);
  • Current First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR;
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
  • Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
