In this role you will be supporting the staff by acting as a first point of contact to clients and external stakeholders.  

About the Role

Based in Young, as an Administration Support Officer you will utilise your well-developed interpersonal skills to provide administration support to all MatchWorks sites.

You will be processing the Employment Fund and Wage Subsidy to the level required and in line with Departmental Deed and Guidelines and employment services policies, procedures, and quality and compliance standards.

You will also provide general administration support to the employment services business, including;

  • Processing employment bulk orders
  • Accounts/invoice processing
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails 
  • Provide a high level of support/assistance to stake holders 
  • Participate and engage in operations meetings to ensure access to knowledge and support 

About You

  • Relevant Certificate or Qualification in Administration and/or demonstrated experience in an Administration role
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven administrative skills, including computer skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel, ESS, Internet search and email applications, databases
  • Ability to work in a complex and challenging environment in a reliable and highly professional manner
  • Experience in delivering services under jobactive, Disability Employment Services or Training Services is desirable
