Our 2025 Graduate program is recruiting for either Full time or Part time roles as we value flexibility, we have a national footprint which enables you to work anywhere as;

 

  • Occupational Therapist 
  • Physiotherapist 
  • Dietician 
  • Behaviour Support Practitioner 
  • Social Worker 
  • Exercise Physiologist

What you can expect

Our graduate program starts with a supportive and extensive orientation that includes:

 

  • An intensive initial orientation, blending collective learning with all our new graduates and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peers
  • Regular coaching from your team leader to adjust to the challenges of work, and
  • A diverse clientele with a chance to deliver services to children, young people and adults living with disability, as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Continuing clinical supervision, where you can work to develop a clear professional development plan to ensure you continue to receive the tailored support you need
  • The opportunity to work with and learn from a broad range of other highly skilled allied health professionals
  • In-house training programs to help develop discipline-specific skills and knowledge in providing assessments, consultations and therapy programs, and
  • Access to regular team meetings and opportunities to share ideas and build positive and strong working relationships.

Now, here’s the important bits... You’ll need:

  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Be eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduating
  • Hold a full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle with third party insurance
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain
  • Hold a NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain
  • Hold a First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain
