Salary Banding: $63k-$77k + 11.5% Super + Motor Vehicle Allowance ($9,000) & Salary Packaging Benefits
Operational Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:54 am-5:00 pm)

About the Role
As an Employer Engagement Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with job-ready clients and connecting them with employers. Your goal will be to create job opportunities and support businesses in filling their workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reverse market engaged job-ready clients to employers, creating job matches or new opportunities.
- Actively engage with clients both on-site and remotely, using various methods to ensure regular interaction.
- Stay informed about Labour Market Information to develop strategies for addressing sector shortages.
- Provide advice to employers on available training, wage subsidies, and ongoing support.
- Manage employer vacancies, including vacancy assessments, advertising, pre-screening, and candidate referrals.
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can take initiative. You’ll be passionate about helping individuals overcome employment barriers, with strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.
What You Bring:
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and employers.
- Strong understanding of labour market trends and the ability to develop strategies to meet demand.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet KPIs, and exceed targets.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and a compliance-focused approach.
- Experience in Employment Services or Marketing.
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies for overcoming employment barriers.
