genU is looking for a strategic and influential Group Executive – Clinical Care & Safeguarding to lead enterprise-wide clinical governance, quality, and safeguarding. This is a pivotal leadership role where your expertise will shape safe, high-quality, person-centred services and ensure our ongoing compliance and excellence across the organisation.

What you’ll do

 

As Group Executive – Clinical Care & Safeguarding, you’ll:

  • Set the enterprise-wide vision and strategy for clinical care, quality, and safeguarding
  • Lead governance frameworks ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality client care
  • Advise the CEO, Executive, and Board on clinical risk, performance, and regulatory obligations
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and audit readiness across services

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (health, clinical, or related discipline)
  • Extensive executive leadership experience in complex, regulated environments
  • Deep expertise in clinical governance, risk, quality, and safeguarding
  • Proven ability to influence Boards and lead enterprise-wide transformation
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable outcome

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

Bonus points for

 

  • Experience in disability, aged care, health, or human services sectors
  • Track record leading large-scale organisational transformation or growth
