genU are looking for a motivated and passionate Accounts Officer to join our Finance division and support our diverse and growing organisation! 

 

The Finance Division exists to support the main service divisions of genU to enable these divisions to improve the quality of life for Australian's living with disabilities, the aging, and their families.  As the Accounts Officer you will support the Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Coordinator and Senior Accounts Officers in the delivery of support services to the broader genU business. You will process accounts, perform reconciliations and a range of other tasks as directed.  

 

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based at the genU Support Hub in  Geelong, Victoria. Hybrid work options available. 

 

Competitive renumeration on offer, commensurate with experience. 

 

About You:

Our ideal Accounts Officer will be a strong communicator who is committed to customer service and continuous improvement.  You will demonstrate high-level organisation, time management, task prioritisation skills and have the ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. 

 

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable;

  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and other internet applications. 

  • Experience working with a large scale finance system is desirable. 

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain. 

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain.
