EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time, Ongoing
PAY RANGE: $75,000 - $83,000 p.a + 11.5% super | Negotiable based on skills and experience

About the Role:
As a Business Development Coordinator, your role is all about building relationships and driving enrolments. You’ll identify opportunities, connect with clients, and showcase genU Training as a leader in education and training.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to boost enrolments.
- Identify and target new business opportunities with a clear plan.
- Promote courses through cold calls, client meetings, and networking events.
- Represent genU Training at expos, fairs, and industry events.
- Collaborate on strategies and ensure smooth referral and application processes.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a drive to achieve results.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend the right training solutions.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent the genU Training brand.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar tools.
- Knowledge of industry demand and skill shortages.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or experience in adult education.
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (or willingness to obtain).
