Remuneration: genU Business Enterprises EA. Level 3 Starting from 26.54ph to 28ph (qualifications + experience) + 11.5% Super  
Salary Package: Up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year + meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a
Work Schedule: Only some Saturdays , NO late nights!

Cafe Supervisor for a good cause


We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cafe Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our cafe enterprises including the Eastern Hub. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact by supporting the professional growth of employees, including those with support needs. The position offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work with a team committed to quality service and community inclusion.

 

You will also use your skills and experience to support our support workers currently working with us - helping them enhancing their skills and confidence through training and mentorship. 

 

Working hours

 

The shifts are 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays if its an extra shift could be 7am - 1pm or 9am - 3pm.

Some your  key responsibilities:

 

  • Support the cafe running smoothly each day, making sure every customer has a great experience
  • Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to our cafe staff 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees, upholding genU’s values and commitment to diversity.
