genU Training is looking for a motivated Customer Acquisition & Solutions Officer to join our national team. In this fast-paced, results-driven role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective learners - providing guidance on courses and career pathways, managing enquiries, and supporting them through application and enrolment. You’ll play a key role in driving our national growth while delivering exceptional customer service and outcomes for learners. 

 

genU Training is a leading Registered Training Organisation delivering job-ready, nationally recognised qualifications and short courses. We focus on real outcomes for learners, helping them gain skills, confidence, and a pathway into work or further study. 

 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Engage with phone enquiries and guide them into applications 

  • Nurture prospective learners through the recruitment pipeline 

  • Support applicants from first contact through to enrolment 

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and VETtrak 

  • Stay up-to-date with products and industry knowledge to enhance learner engagement 

 

 

 What you’ll bring 

 

  • Experience delivering high-level customer service in a fast-paced, phone-based environment 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure 

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous development 

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team success 

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) 

 

Bonus points for  

 

  • Call centre or education experience 

  • Salesforce knowledge 

  • A proven sales track record
