PAY RANGE:  genU Training Enterprise Agreement General Staff - $39.83 - $41.47 per hour + 11% super

NOT FOR PROFIT: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year plus further meals and entertainment benefits up to $2649 pa

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Industry Partnerships Coordinator to join genU Training! 

 

genU Training is both a Victorian Registered Training Organisation and an industry-training partner for the National Employment Services Association. We work with individuals and job service providers to match appropriate courses to students' individual needs. Or you can use our corporate and group training to place your business or organisation ahead of the field.

 

The role of the Industry Partnerships Coordinator is to support the Learner Experience Manager and training managers in the implementation of strategies designed to ensure the learner experience is the key focus of business.

 

 

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Access and identify new opportunities for placement host partnerships on behalf of genU Training
  • Negotiate and schedule practical placement arrangements with host industry organisations
  • Implement processes to ensure learner readiness for placement
  • Consult with industry and community groups to ensure currency of training programs

About You!

Our ideal Industry Partnerships Coordinator will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • High level interpersonal, consultative, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience and proven ability to engage and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering accredited or non-accredited training modules
  • Strong data analysis, analytical and administrative skills
  • Willingness to travel to genU Training sites as required
  • Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
  • Sound skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook), Smartsheet and databases

 

You will also require the following:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116) or demonstrated experience in either VET (Vocational Education and Training) or Employment Services
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' orientation module or be willing to obtain
