SALARY BANDING: $63k-$77k + Super AND Salary Packaging options
OPERATIONAL HOURS: Full-Time, Ongoing, 38 hours per week- 8:54am-5:00pm Monday to Friday

MatchWorks is looking for a Post Placement Support/Ongoing Support Consultant to cover both our Mandurah and Rockingham offices. About the Job
As a Post Placement/ Ongoing Support Consultant you will provide specialised individual support and intervention to clients who have obtained employment. You will build strong relationships with clients, employers and key stakeholders to assess, and address needs to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop and maintain tailored employment pathway plans in conjunction with job seekers which identify specific employment outcomes, work strategies, tailored interventions (including other service providers), ongoing employment support activities and employment independence goal strategies
- Achieve job placements (repeat business) and sustainable employment outcomes
- Support clients in the workplace to maintain ongoing employment through effective post placement support, focussing on those clients in ongoing support, with intent to transition to Independent workers
- Continually survey the local job market in order to identify suitable and alternative employment opportunities, use networks of workers in PPS and OGS to garner opportunities for other job seekers
Skills & Experience
We are after someone who can provide a high level of customer service and engagement to assist those in the community with various barriers to employment. This position is suited to a go-getter who has highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, resilience and an ability to engage and influence.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies
- High level negotiation skills and the ability to think on feet in high pressure situations
- Ability to work within stringent KPIs and driven to exceed targets
- Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
- Knowledge of support services available to clients to ensure support and assistance in maintaining employment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in varied locations as required, including office based & onsite workplace visits
- Drivers license and car
- NDIS Worker screening check or are willing to obtain one
