genU is looking for multiple SAP Purchasing Officers to join our longstanding, purpose driven and values based organisation.
The SAP Purchasing Officer supports stakeholders internally and externally to, develop, source, and manage purchasing arrangements to effectively meet organisational, divisional and departmental objectives.
This role is pivotal in supporting the organisation transition and navigate to our new SAP system.
This is a full-time, ongoing position, based in Geelong, VIC. Hybrid work options available.
About You?
Our ideal SAP Purchasing Officer will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Understanding of the SAP system;
- Strong understanding of the purchasing lifecycle;
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders;
- Well-developed attention to detail and data integrity skills;
- Ability to plan and prioritise multiple, complex activities;
- Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills;
- Ability to set and achieve goals whilst working autonomously.
You will also meet the following essential requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or complementary discipline OR;
- Certificate IV in Business (or similar) and 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
