• Salary range: From $76kp.a - $115kp.a (pro-rata for part time), commensurate with experience.

Are you passionate about clinical leadership and supporting mental health professionals? genU is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team within the Access & Specialist Services division.

As a Senior Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee clinical supervision across our services, ensuring our practitioners deliver safe, high-quality care. You will provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to support their growth and professional practice.

Some of your key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support, including feedback, training, and competency evaluations.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based learning activities to promote professional growth.
• Oversee and implement genU's Clinical Supervision Framework.
• Coordinate clinical case reviews and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Provide clinical expertise through consultations and short-term interventions as needed.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have

• Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social work, or other relevant mental health qualifications, and;
• Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, PACFA).

You will also meet the following essential requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current NDIS Working With Children’s Check
• Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
