Senior Finance Business Partner
Location: This position can be based anywhere in Australia, within driving distance of genU's operations.
Employment Status: Full-time preferred; open to 0.8 FTE.
Salary: $115,000 - $121,000 p.a. + 11.5% super | Negotiable based on skills and experience.
Not-for-Profit Benefits: Salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year, plus additional meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a.
Work Flexibility: Hybrid role with remote work options.

About the Role:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in advising senior leaders on strategic financial decisions and driving the financial performance of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit teams, providing financial insights and guidance to enhance performance.
- Leading & Inspiring: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring financial targets and business objectives are met.
- Driving Strategy: Support business units in achieving their strategic goals, managing the budget and forecast cycles, and providing commercial and financial analysis.
- Delivering Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performance to key stakeholders.
About You:
Our ideal candidate is an experienced financial leader with strong business acumen and a collaborative mindset. You will thrive in providing strategic financial insights to drive success.
Essential Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving change
- Strong ability to communicate complex financial information
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, financial systems, and reporting
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to complete
Desirable:
- Significant experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of risk management principles
