Sessional Trainer First Aid/Health
Location: Victoria (Metro Melbourne & Geelong)
Pay Range: Start at $58.00 per hour + Super (as per genU Training Enterprise Agreement)
Not-for-Profit Benefits: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum + Meals & Entertainment benefits up to $2,649 annually

We Have New Opportunities Across Victoria to Deliver:
- HLTAID011: Provide First Aid
- HLTAID009: Provide CPR
- HLTHPS006: Assist Clients with Medication (Assessors must be a registered nurse or registered enrolled nurse or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health practitioner)

As a Sessional Trainer, You Will:
- Deliver engaging and interactive courses based on your experience and expertise.
- Ensure learner competencies are evaluated, and skills are developed.
- Contribute to ASQA compliance and continuous improvement.
- Provide high-quality services to clients, both existing and potential.
- Complete documentation and reporting to a high standard of quality and compliance.
- Deliver training in diverse environments — classroom, workplace, and e-learning as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate and dedicated professionals with a desire to help others succeed.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Relevant industry experience or qualifications to deliver courses.
- A current valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for student assessments.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
