We are recruiting for an accredited Mental Health First Aid trainer to join our RTO in delivering Mental Health First Aid at genU Training!

 

As a Sessional Trainer, you will conduct initial training reviews, assess learner competencies and deliver dynamic and professional training to existing and potential clients! We are looking for someone who is flexible with training delivery hours and willing to travel to deliver on-site training. 

 

We are offering generous hourly rates from $55.90 per hour commensurate with experience! Position based in Geelong, Victoria. 

 

As a Sessional Trainer you will:

  • Deliver high quality services to existing and potential clients
  • Follow and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Successful and timely completion of all documents/reporting to a high standard in terms of quality and compliance
  • Have a positive contribution to the training team
  • Deliver training to participants in both classroom, workplace and e-learning environments

About You:

As a Sessional Trainer you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience. 

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor with Mental Health First Aid Australia
  • Qualifications in:
    • Mental Health First Aid
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering effective training programs and conducting assessments
  • Strong administration and office management skills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel is required
