Not-for-Profit: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year plus further meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 per annum

About the Role:

A Sessional Trainer delivers dynamic, high-quality training programs on a casual basis, tailored to meet individual learner needs. Training is conducted through virtual sessions and on-site, face-to-face skills-based sessions, with up to 20 hours per week available.

At genU, we work with individuals and job service providers to offer tailored courses and corporate training. As a Sessional Trainer, you'll plan and deliver training programs within your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging training material.
• Create assessment strategies and tools.
• Conduct training reviews to assess client needs.
• Evaluate learner competencies.
• Contribute to ASQA compliance and continuous improvement processes.
• Positively impact the genU Training team.

What We’re Looking For:

As a Sessional Trainer, you are an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience. 

• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor), or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with specified units, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
•   Vocational competency in Building & Construction, Warehouse, Hospitality, First Aid, Retail, or Housekeeping
• Current valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across western Australia
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain.
