At MatchWorks, we deliver employment services across Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia (WFA), supporting job seekers, employers and communities to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team. Whether you're starting your career, bringing employment services experience, or stepping into leadership, you'll play an important role in creating positive outcomes for individuals, employers and local communities.

As part of genU we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation. Our focus at MatchWorks is to remove barriers to employment and help job seekers to find meaningful work and support them to sustain employment and build careers. We do this through programs and initiatives including our government-funded IEA and WFA services.

What you'll do

• Build positive relationships with job seekers, employers, community organisations and key stakeholders.
• Support individuals to achieve their employment, training and career goals.
• Identify opportunities that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced and outcomes-focused environment.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and organisational objectives.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture.

What you'll bring

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to problem solve, adapt and work in a dynamic environment.

• Confidence using technology and learning new systems.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Experience in employment services, recruitment, customer service, community services, business development or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with diverse customers and communities.
• Leadership, coaching or people management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management or CRM systems.
• Additional language skills that support inclusive engagement.
