genU is looking for a professional and welcoming Access, Enquiry & Operations Support Officer to be the first point of contact for clients while providing person-centred enquiry management and essential administrative support across front-of-house operations.

We have two incredible opportunites available with our Access & Operations Support Team - we're looking for someone who is available full time in Geelong & part time (3 days) at our Colac site. Please indicate which location you're interested in on your cover letter.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Client Enquiries & Reception: Provide professional front-of-house support, respond to enquiries across multiple channels, guide clients to appropriate services, and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Administration, Finance & Operations: Deliver administrative support including data entry, mail, fleet coordination, invoice and purchase order processing, cash handling, reconciliations, and banking activities in line with procedures.
  • Service Quality & Compliance: Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with organisational values, maintain accurate records, escalate issues as required, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Teamwork, Safety & Culture: Collaborate positively across teams, uphold safety and wellbeing standards, participate in learning and development, and undertake other duties as required.

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • Qualifications & Compliance: Certificate in Administration/Business (or relevant experience)
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage empathetically and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Administration & Technical Capability: Strong experience in account management, document control, compliance documentation, Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams), and managing multiple inboxes.
  • Organisation & Customer Service: High attention to detail with excellent customer service, time management, responsiveness, and ability to manage competing priorities.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

Bonus points for

 

  • Experience working with and communication with diverse range of people and with people with disability. 
  • CareLink or Lumary experience. 
  • Understanding of the disability sector. 
  • Experience using a CRM system
