Our busy Finance Team who support the main service divisions within genU, are currently on the hunt for an enthusiastic and values driven Account Officer to support with day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideally for someone with strong numerical skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for accuracy. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining financial records, assisting in reconciliations, and ensuring smooth financial processes across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Process accounts payable including invoice entry, handling supplier queries and internal stakeholders.
• A key point of contact for invoicing and accounts queries.
• Accountable for aged care division invoice processing.
• Contribute to a friendly and collaborative environment with a continuous improvement approach.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in accounts payable and data entry.
• Solid skill in computerised accounting systems, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Confidence working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Motivation to learn and a genuine customer service focus.
