What you’ll do 

 

As an Administration Officer in our Qualification & Funded Programs team you’ll: 

 

  • Enter and check student data – enter results from Canvas into VETtrak and prepare certificates. 
  • Coordinate training – book trainers, rooms and equipment, and keep course info up to date. 
  • Provide excellent customer service – answer enquiries, support students and stakeholders, and greet visitors. 
  • Keep admin ticking – handle invoicing, credit notes, filing, mail outs, and resource orders. 
  • Support the team – pitch in on projects, attend meetings, and help keep the team culture positive and fun. 

  

 

What you’ll bring 

 

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or reception in a busy environment 
  • Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage workload and work at pace without dropping quality 
  • Great communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) 
  • Reliability, flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to great customer service 
  • A good sense of humour — we’re a fun, supportive team! 

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) 

  

 

Bonus points for  

 

  • Experience in a training/RTO environment 
  • VETtrak experience and/or experience using Canvas for student data
