What you’ll do

As an Allied Health Advisor in our team you’ll:

• Apply your expertise to assess functional capacity, workplace needs and reasonable adjustments.
• Provide evidence-based advice to support employment participation, injury prevention and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
• Partner closely with employers, service teams and health professionals to remove barriers and create practical workplace solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Tertiary allied health qualification (Physiotherapy, OT or similar) with current professional registration.
• Strong experience across disability, occupational health, injury management or employment-related assessments.
• A calm, practical and values-aligned approach to supporting people with complex needs.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
