genU is looking for a proactive and customer-focused AssistU Advisor to deliver exceptional first-line P&C support to employees and managers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help ensure seamless P&C processes and contribute to improving the employee experience across genU.

What you’ll do

As an AssistU Advisor in our People & Culture team, you’ll:

• Provide timely and accurate support to employees and leaders on policies, systems and general P&C queries
• Support employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Educate leaders on P&C self-service functionality and escalate complex issues as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance P&C systems, processes and service delivery

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a customer-focused P&C/HR support role
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience), with experience in SuccessFactors or SAP highly regarded

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for (If required)

• Experience in high-volume shared service support environments
• Strong time-management capabilities and attention to detail
