Matchworks is looking for a positive and solutions focused Business Development Consultant, or as we call them, Employer Engagement Partner. In this role you will be the bridge between job seekers and employers — opening doors to lasting, meaningful employment opportunities

What you’ll do

As an Employer Engagement Partner in our team, you’ll:

• Build genuine connections with employers to uncover and create long-term job opportunities.
• Collaborate with job seekers to match their strengths, skills and goals with the right roles.
• Support employers with practical recruitment advice and onboarding guidance to help placements succeed.

What you’ll bring

• A knack for building trust and strong relationships with employers and job seekers alike.
• Enthusiasm for connecting people with work that changes lives.
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to work collaboratively with your team.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Experience in business development, recruitment, or employment services.
