About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to drive growth across NSW, QLD, and NT. This role is designed as a dedicated resource for high-potential regions, giving you the chance to focus on building strong partnerships while drawing on the strengths of our wider national team.
You will:

Build and maintain relationships with schools, service providers, and businesses

Identify new opportunities for traineeships, short courses, micro-credentials, and corporate training

Represent genU at networking events, expos, and client meetings

Generate leads and manage client data in Salesforce
-
Collaborate with the BDC team and manager, supported by marketing material, strategy, and guidance
Team Support
You won’t be on your own – you’ll join a collaborative national BDC team, each focused on their own state but working closely together. You’ll have the backing of a supportive manager and colleagues with diverse expertise, helping you tailor the right training solutions for every client.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in business development, sales, or relationship management

Is a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude

Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily

Enjoys spotting opportunities and achieving KPIs
-
Holds (or can obtain) a NDIS Worker Screening Check
It’s a bonus if you have: Salesforce experience, a background in employment or community services, or exposure to the training or education sector.
