Salary: $99,304 - $111,086 TRP + NFP salary packaging benefits

MatchWorks is currently looking for a motivated and collaborative Business Manager to support and mentor team members, delivering high-quality Inclusive Employment services within a supportive and encouraging work environment across multiple sites on the Central Coast – travel is required.

What you'll do
As a Business Manager in our IEA team, you'll:
• Oversee the effective delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia services in line with contract requirements and performance targets.
• Lead, coach and develop team members across multiple sites, fostering a positive, supportive and high-performing culture.
• Provide guidance and support in managing complex participant, employer and stakeholder matters, ensuring staff feel confident and equipped to deliver quality outcomes.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve contractual and business objectives.
• Champion inclusive employment outcomes while maintaining compliance with program guidelines and legislative requirements.
What you'll bring
• Proven leadership experience within employment services, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop teams to achieve strong performance outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering DES, IEA, Workforce Australia, Jobactive or similar employment programs, with a sound understanding of performance and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations professionally and support others to do the same.
• Experience interpreting performance data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve results.
• Extensive administrative experience, advanced computer literacy and a current driver's licence with willingness to travel between sites.

• Experience leading teams across multiple locations or service sites.
