Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

What you’ll do
As an Business Manager in our team you’ll:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional participant outcomes, creating a supportive, collaborative, and motivated work environment.
- Foster a positive, values-driven culture where your people feel supported, connected and proud of their impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers, partners and community organisations.
What you’ll bring
- Experience as a leader who can inspire, guide and get the best out of a team.
- Great knowledge of the world of employment services or have a solid grasp of what inclusive, community-based work looks like.
- Strong communication as a relationship-builder — confident connecting with staff, participants, employers, and community partners.
- An organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
