MatchWorks is currently looking for a motivated and collaborative Business Manager to support and mentor team members, delivering high-quality Inclusive Employment within a supportive and encouraging work environment across three sites in the eastern suburbs of Perth.

We do this through programs and initiatives including our government-funded Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia services.
What you’ll do
As a Business Manager in our IEA team, you’ll:
- Oversee the effective delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia in alignment with contract requirements and performance targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Inclusive Employment Australia guidelines and legislative requirements.
- Regularly assess and adjust strategies to ensure the site meets or exceeds all relevant performance indicators and contractual obligations.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and participant outcomes.
- Advocate for workforce diversity and inclusion, ensuring participants of all backgrounds have access to meaningful employment.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in delivering employment and training services for people with barriers to employment
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate staff to achieve high-quality employment outcomes
- Extensive administrative experience and advanced computer literacy
- Experience in interpreting performance reports and strategic planning
- WA Driving license essential
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Previous experience working in DES or IEA in leadership role
