MatchWorks is currently looking for a motivated and collaborative Business Manager to support and mentor team members, delivering high-quality Inclusive Employment within a supportive and encouraging work environment looking after multiple sites in the Kallangur area.

We do this through programs and initiatives including our government-funded Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia services.

What you’ll do

As a Business Manager in our IEA team, you’ll:

• Oversee the effective delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia in alignment with contract requirements and performance targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Inclusive Employment Australia guidelines and legislative requirements.
• Regularly assess and adjust strategies to ensure the site meets or exceeds all relevant performance indicators and contractual obligations.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and participant outcomes.
• Advocate for workforce diversity and inclusion, ensuring participants of all backgrounds have access to meaningful employment.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in delivering employment and training services for people with barriers to employment
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate staff to achieve high-quality employment outcomes
• Extensive administrative experience and advanced computer literacy
• Experience in interpreting performance reports and strategic planning
• Drivers licence and willingess to travel is essential in this position

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for 

• Previous experience working in DES or IEA in leadership role
