What you’ll do 

As a Chef in our Food Services team, you’ll: 

• Empower & Guide - Support employees with training to help them thrive as valued team members.
• Menu Creativity - Design seasonal, local menus and recipes tailored to customer tastes.
• Smart Stocking - Manage ordering and stock levels to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Customer Ready - Ensure meals and services are prepared on time to meet customer needs.
• Always Improving - Put continuous improvement ideas into action for better outcomes.
   

What you’ll bring

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery.
• High level communication and interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to cost recipes and work within the budget and cost of goods percentages.
• Previous experience in high volume cooking environment.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) 
 

Bonus Points for

• Experience in large scale food delivery and catering environment.
• Experience in food ordering, stock or inventory management.
