Salary Packaging: Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum, plus further benefits for meals and entertainment up to $2,649 annually.

About the role:
The Business Support Unit delivers support to MatchWorks with the aim of supporting operations to meet contractual obligations and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Claims, Expenditure & Processing Manager to lead our Employment Services claims, expenditure, and processing teams. This leadership role ensures compliance, maximises contractual and financial performance, and supports continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead, empower, and engage a high-performing team to deliver accurate claims, expenditure, and processing outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Department Deed and Guideline requirements, maintaining the highest levels of integrity.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through innovation and best practice.
- Collaborate with Finance on reconciliations and business risk processes to minimise cost of sale and risk exposure.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.
About you
- Certificate in Business/Management or equivalent management experience.
- Experience in finance or a management role within a complex environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- High-level organisational and time management ability.
- Experience in Workforce Australia or Disability Employment Services.
- Understanding of compliance requirements in Commonwealth Government contracts.
- Proven administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, databases).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
