Salary Packaging: Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum, plus further benefits for meals and entertainment up to $2,649 annually.

About the role:
The Business Support Unit delivers support to MatchWorks with the aim of supporting operations to meet contractual obligations and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. We’re looking for a Claims Officer to join our Business Support team within MatchWorks, helping us deliver outstanding outcomes across our employment services division. As a Claims Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring claims are managed with the highest level of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Process and monitor claims to meet Department of Employment & Workplace Relations and Department of Social Services guidelines
- Provide expert guidance to staff and managers on claim requirements
- Support compliance activities to help sites achieve job seeker outcome and progress targets
- Identify and resolve claim discrepancies quickly and effectively
- Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
About you
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in Administration
- Experience in providing quality customer service, ideally in a human services environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Workforce Australia or Disability Employment Services and knowledge of government contractual obligations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), databases, and online systems
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Victorian Driver’s Licence
