genU is looking for a customer-centric, detail orientated Client Funding Advisor to support the management of client funding, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and funding agency rules.

What you’ll do
As a Client Funding Advisor in our Client Funding team, you’ll:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the NDIS and other funding sources regulations to enable accurate quoting, contracting, delivery and claiming of support services for customers.
- Support operational teams to prepare accurate service quotes.
- Update Service Agreements and Schedules of Supports when needs or funding change.
- Maintain current agreements and accurate funding records in the CRM.
- Respond to funding queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead daily check-ins with officers to collaborate on concerns, seek guidance, share knowledge, celebrate wins, identify process improvements, and maintain open communication.
- Support the on-boarding process for new officers joining the Claiming and Reporting team.
- Support the development of a collaborative and innovative culture for the Claiming & Reporting team
What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to think laterally
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Competence in the use of CRM’s and database systems (such as Carelink or Lumary)
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, fostering positive relationships to support organisational outcomes
- Communication skills and style which will positively engage across all stakeholders. (Including Internal and external)
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Demonstrated experience in disability and/ or aged care services and the administration of disability and/or aged care funding
- Demonstrated flexibility, curiosity and willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications are desirable in Community Services or Business
