genU is looking for a detail-oriented and resilient Customer Funding Officer – Client Funding to reconcile customer accounts, support smooth funding processes, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. Based at either our Wembley (WA) or Geelong (VIC) Support Hubs, you’ll use your analytical skills and collaborative approach to process and resolve complex account transactions, helping our teams maintain accurate, reliable customer data..

What you’ll do
As a Customer Funding Officer in our Client Funding team you’ll:
- Support operational teams to develop quotes, service agreements, and support schedules aligned with customer needs, funding requirements, and organisational policies.
- Manage the preparation, updates, and approval of customer service agreements and support schedules in response to changing needs, funding, or plans.
- Liaise with customers, representatives, and funding bodies to obtain approvals and maintain accurate, compliant funding records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure supports are correctly rostered in Carelink to enable accurate and timely claims.
- Analyse and resolve funding and claims issues, addressing errors and escalating complex matters when required.
What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret funding data and solve moderately complex problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Carelink, Lumary) and Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, fostering positive relationships to support organisational outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical funding concepts to diverse audiences.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for (If required)
• Experience in disability and/or aged care services
• Knowledge of funding administration and compliance is highly regarded
