Hey you!
We’re looking for an organised and people-focused Client Services Coordinator to help deliver a smooth and supportive experience for people accessing our disability and aged care services.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in guiding clients and families through their journey with genU, from their initial enquiry through to onboarding and service coordination. You’ll provide clear information about support options, help coordinate services aligned with funded plans, and ensure our clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
If you’re someone who enjoys helping others navigate systems, building strong relationships, and making a genuine difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
At genU, we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we’re here to help people live their best lives.
What you’ll do
As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll:
- Coordinate client intake and onboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service activation
- Prepare service quotes aligned with funded plans and client goals
- Support clients and families to understand NDIS, aged care and other funding options
- Assist clients throughout their service journey, from intake through to plan management and exit
- Maintain accurate client data and service information across systems
- Work closely with Service Delivery Leads, scheduling teams, and finance teams to ensure services run smoothly
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Qualification in human services (e.g., Certificate III in Individualised Supports or similar)
- Knowledge of the NDIS and/or aged care frameworks
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good computer literacy and data management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients and families
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
