genU’s is looking for a Client Services Manager: Workforce Scheduling to lead and manage a nationally distributed team operating 24/7, responsible for critical workforce planning and scheduling, ensuring the safe, compliant and effective delivery of client care across genU’s Aged Care and Disability services.

What you’ll do

As a Client Services Manager in our Workforce Scheduling team you’ll:

  • Manage the placement of Support Workers across our Disability and Aged Care programs, ensuring alignment with individual support plans and client needs
  • Lead teams through the development and refinement of policies, procedures, and initiatives to strengthen scheduling processes in accordance with funding frameworks
  • Enhance the client experience by delivering efficient, professional, and person-centered support across all genU programs
  • Support workforce planning for disability and aged care teams to ensure staffing levels meet service demand across business areas

 

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in leading a workforce scheduling or rostering team within human services, health care, disability, aged care, or employment sectors
  • Strong leaderships skills with the ability to lead and inspire others
  • Experience in the management of quality and compliance systems
  • Dynamic and forward thinking with the ability to work with initiative

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

Bonus points for

  • Post Graduate leadership or management qualification
  • Experience using Carelink
