We're open to flexible hours, part-time, or job share arrangements – because great people thrive in different ways.

What you’ll do

As a Complex Servicing Lead you’ll:

  • Risk, Safety and Complex Case Management: Apply strong conflict management and risk identification skills, respond to escalations, and liaise with sites, WHS, legal, and Health & Wellbeing teams to ensure participant safety and effective management of challenging behaviours.
  • Employment Pathways and Ongoing Support: Determine appropriate pre-employment assistance, training and interventions, provide post-placement and ongoing support through job coaching, and link participants with relevant internal and external supports to maintain employment outcomes.
