genU is looking for a Compliance & Assurance Officer to support and strengthen compliance across workforce practices and client services, ensuring accurate records, effective onboarding, and adherence to governance and regulatory standards.

What you’ll do 

 

As a Compliance & Assurance Officer in Client Services team you’ll: 

 

  • Maintain staff training records, onboarding compliance, and client documentation to meet organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance systems, including data entry, reporting, audits, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information and data integrity.
  • Assist with monitoring compliance status, following up outstanding requirements, and supporting audit preparation and reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote compliance awareness, respond to queries, and support safe, effective service delivery.

 

What you’ll bring 

 

  • Strong understanding of organisational policies, procedures, and external regulatory frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Experience in risk management, including health, safety, safeguarding, and service delivery risks.
  • Highly developed organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and meet KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building relationships and supporting service development for people with diverse needs.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) 

 

Bonus Points for

 

  • CareLink or Lumary experience. 

  • Understanding of the disability sector. 

  • Experience using a CRM system.
