genU is seeking an enthusiastic Cook to join our Food Services team, creating delicious, compliant meals while maintaining a safe kitchen environment. This hands-on role also supports employees of all abilities to grow, learn, and reach their full potential.

What you’ll do 

As a Cook in our Food Services team, you’ll: 

• Empower & Support - Train and guide supported employees to shine as valued team members.
• Safety First - Report equipment faults or risks promptly to keep the workplace safe.
• Food Excellence - Maintain top standards in food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Customer Ready - Ensure meals and services are prepared and delivered to delight customers.
• Always Improving - Embrace continuous improvement to keep the kitchen running at its best.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Genuine passion for excellence and flair for cooking
• Food Safety Handling
• Able to work within a team environment

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
