Hey you!

Are you passionate about developing people to be their best? Do you love designing experiences that lift capability, strengthen performance and create meaningful growth for individuals and teams? If you thrive on empowering others, improving learning outcomes and enabling a high-performing and engaged workforce — we’d love to hear from you.

At genU, we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we’re here to help people live their best lives.

What you’ll do

As a Culture & Capability Specialist you’ll:

  • Design and deliver learning experiences and capability initiatives that support growth, connection and performance.
  • Create engaging learning content — including eLearning — that builds skills and supports compliance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate programs, events and development activities that bring people together and spark development.
  • Build strong relationships across genU to understand needs, share insights and support meaningful outcomes.
  • Contribute to projects that strengthen culture, engagement and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in learning, capability or organisational development within a busy, complex environment.
  • A natural ability to build relationships, communicate clearly and collaborate with others.
  • Confidence working with systems and tools like LMS, HRIS or content platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • A positive, adaptable mindset, with integrity, curiosity and a love of helping people grow.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

  • Experience within community services or the not-for-profit sector.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
