genU Training is looking for a motivated Customer Acquisition & Solutions Officer to join our national team. In this fast-paced, results-focused role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective learners, helping them explore the right courses and career pathways. You’ll actively identify and nurture leads, guide decision-making, and manage your sales pipeline to boost applications and enrolments. This role plays a key part in driving national growth while delivering a positive, personalised experience for every learner.

What you’ll do  

 

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective learners, guiding them to the right course and influencing their enrolment decisions 
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the recruitment pipeline to drive applications 
  • Manage your sales pipeline across inbound and outbound channels, meeting individual and team conversion targets 
  • Take ownership of KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, balancing learner experience with measurable outcomes 
  • Maintain accurate CRM and student records, while resolving or escalating learner enquiries as needed 

  

 

 What you’ll bring  

 

  • Sales or customer engagement experience with a proven ability to convert leads and achieve targets 
  • Warm, confident, and persuasive communication skills that build trust and guide decisions 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment 
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail and ability to overcome barriers to enrolment 
  • Positive, coachable attitude, open to feedback, and committed to achieving outcomes for learners and the team 

  

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)  

  

 

Bonus points for   

 

  • Experience in education, training, or funded programs 
  • Salesforce or CRM experience 
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or sales targets
