genU is looking for a detail-oriented and resilient Customer Funding Officer – Client Funding to reconcile customer accounts, support smooth funding processes, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. Based at either our Wembley (WA) or Geelong (VIC) Support Hubs, you’ll use your analytical skills and collaborative approach to process and resolve complex account transactions, helping our teams maintain accurate, reliable customer data..

What you’ll do
As a Customer Funding Officer in our Client Funding team you’ll:
• Work with large data-sets in Excel to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Assist customers and internal teams by providing clear guidance on account and funding information
• Support internal and external stakeholders with funding and compliance-related enquiries
• Review customer transactions and system data to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data monitoring and reporting

 

What you’ll bring
• Substantial experience with large Client Information Management Systems and a passion for working with data in Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and support decision-making
• Customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Lumary, Health, or Community Services Master Data (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

Bonus points for
•    Experience in disability and/or aged care services
•    Knowledge of funding administration and compliance is highly regarded
