MatchWorks is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Customer Service officer to be the face of our St Albans office, providing high quality first point of contact customer service to participants and external stakeholders whilst also providing administrative support to all staff.
What you’ll do
As a Customer Service Officer in our Workforce Australia team, you’ll be a friendly first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or gets in touch. Day to day, you’ll:
• Welcome and support a wide range of people; from participants and employers to training organisations and community services
• Help manage a busy front desk, chatting with people face-to-face while also handling incoming calls
• Keep our systems up to date with accurate information so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
• Create a safe, positive, and professional environment where everyone feels respected and supported

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• Attention to detail, with confidence in keeping records accurate and up to date
• A team-focused mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to think on your feet when things get busy
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
