Client Support Advisor

JobAccess is the national hub for workplace and employment information for people with disability, employers and service providers.

Created by the Australian Government, it brings together the information and resources that can ‘drive disability employment’.

The program consists of three key areas; the advisory service which assists people on everything disability employment in Australia. The Employment Assistance Fund (EAF), which The Australian Government provides funding to cover the costs of making workplace adjustments. This can include buying equipment, modifications or accessing services for people with disability. We also manage the National Disability Recruitment Coordinator which is the Federal Government’s employer engagement service to help larger employers access the skills and talents of people with disability.

genU manages the program on behalf of the Federal Government.
