Hey you!

You will work closely with service teams, managers, and support functions to uncover inefficiencies, design better processes, and implement data-driven changes that improve client outcomes and business performance. You’ll develop strong and positive relationships, lead workshops, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and translate insights into practical solutions that stick.

At genU, we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we’re here to help people live their best lives.
We're open to flexible hours, arrangements – because great people thrive in different ways.

What you’ll do

As a Business Improvement Analyst in our Disability and Ageing services team you’ll:

•    Lead the analysis of operational, financial and workforce data; deliver clear insights and recommendations aligned with strategic goals; support the tracking of performance improvements and collaborate with enabling teams to optimise product mix, pricing and funding utilisation.
•    Map, assess and document business processes across the Disability & Ageing division; identify inefficiencies via data driven analysis and support the design, rollout and adoption of streamlined, scalable workflows and user journeys to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
•    Embed continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) into daily operations; monitor the impact of implemented changes and develop tools, templates and resources to support consistent improved practice across the business.
•    Assess service/program sustainability through data, effort analysis and process mapping; refine services to improve utilisation, reduce costs and enhance performance while ensuring compliance with labour laws, funding requirements and organisational policies.
•    Lead and coordinate business improvement projects from planning through to implementation; manage timelines, milestones, risks and stakeholder engagement; integrate change management activities (communication, training, readiness) and empower teams to adopt new systems, technologies and ways of working.
•    Develop and implement standardised tools, templates and methodologies for process improvement; ensure all changes comply with relevant legislation, standards and funding guidelines; proactively identify and escalate risks relating to inefficiencies or non compliance.

What you’ll bring

•    Experience working within Aged Care and NDIS is highly desirable
•    Project management experience or similar
•    Demonstrated ability to assess organisational readiness for change across diverse teams
