What you’ll do

 

As our Disability & Ageing Business Improvement Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping genU grow smarter and stronger by using data, insight and collaboration to make a real difference. In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead with purpose - guide a small, passionate team to deliver projects that make our services more efficient, sustainable and client-focused.
  • Turn data into action - use insights to uncover opportunities for improvement, smarter decision-making and better outcomes for the people we support.
  • Drive innovation - simplify systems, streamline processes and introduce creative ways to enhance how we work every day.
  • Collaborate across genU - partner with leaders and teams across the business to make sure improvement initiatives deliver real impact.
  • Champion positive change - help shape a culture of curiosity, accountability and continuous learning across Disability & Ageing services.

 

What you’ll bring

 

You’re a thoughtful, data-savvy leader who enjoys helping people and teams work smarter together. You’ll bring:

 

  • The right foundations - a tertiary qualification in Data Analytics and/or Finance, with experience in the human services sector (especially disability or ageing) seen as a big plus.
  • Proven leadership experience - you’ve led people or projects in the disability, ageing or human services sectors and know how to inspire collaboration and trust.
  • A people-first approach - you communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and navigate diverse situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • An analytical and adaptable mindset - you’re curious, data-driven, and confident using digital tools and BI systems to guide improvement and growth.
