What you’ll do

As an Employer Engagement Partner in our team you’ll:

• Build strong, genuine connections with employers to create long-term job opportunities.
• Work with participants to match them with jobs that fit their skills, goals, and interests.
• Support employers with practical advice and workplace adjustments to help participants thrive.

What you’ll bring

• A great ability to build trust and connect with a variety of people, from participants to employers.
• An enthusiasm to advocate for inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for people.
• Clear communicator who can explain ideas simply and work collaboratively with teams.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Experience in a customer service or employment support setting. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
