We do this through programs and initiatives including our government-funded Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia services.

We're open to part-time, or job share arrangements – because great people thrive in different ways.

What you’ll do

As an Employer Engagement Partner in our Workforce Australia team, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships with local employers and become a trusted workforce partner.
  • Create employment opportunities through reverse marketing, proactively promoting participants' skills, strengths and potential to employers.
  • Identify new opportunities through networking, employer visits and community engagement activities.
  • Manage vacancies and connect employers with suitable candidates, supporting positive employment outcomes.
  • Understand employer workforce needs and connect them with participants who are the right fit.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in Employment Services with a strong understanding of employer engagement, reverse marketing and sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Confidence building employer relationships and creating opportunities through networking and employer engagement activities.
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and advocate for people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to market participants' strengths and potential to employers.
  • A current Driver's Licence (essential).

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
