MatchWorks is looking for a relationship-driven, encouraging and community-minded Employment Coach to walk alongside participants as they discover their strengths, overcome barriers and achieve employment goals.

We do this through programs and initiatives including our government-funded Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Workforce Australia services.
What you’ll do
As an Employment Coach in our IEA team you’ll:
- Support participants under the Inclusive Employment Australia program to explore work goals, strengths and career pathways.
- Deliver personalised coaching, mentoring and career planning to build confidence, skills and job readiness.
- Match participants with suitable job opportunities and design tailored employment pathways.
- Coordinate and refer participants to capacity-building activities such as training, work experience or work hardening.
What you’ll bring
- A genuine passion for helping people with disability achieve meaningful employment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- The ability to manage multiple participants, priorities and deadlines with confidence
- Sound computer skills and ideally some experience using case management or CRM systems
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment services setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
