Salary: $65,000-$79,000 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

Matchworks are on the lookout for a supportive and outgoing Employment Coach to help people find meaningful work, build confidence, and thrive in their careers.

What you’ll do

As an Employment Coach in our team, you’ll:

• Get to know job seekers’ strengths, skills and goals — then match them with the right opportunities.
• Create personalised career plans and coach people to prepare for and sustain employment.
• Link job seekers with training, support services, and community connections to set them up for long-term success.
• Build strong employer and community networks to open more doors for the people you support.

What you’ll bring

• Great communication skills and the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
• Strong organisation and multitasking — you’re someone who keeps things on track.
• A team-first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with employers, colleagues and community partners.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Experience in customer service, recruitment, employment services or community support.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
